Right of withdrawal
These notices apply to consumers entitled to withdraw from a distance or off-premises service contract under applicable EU/EEA consumer law. They do not create an additional general right for purely Swiss online contracts. Mandatory statutory rights always remain unaffected.
Right of withdrawal for services
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within fourteen days from its conclusion.
To exercise it, inform Jonathan Novia, trading as Novia Services, Dorfstrasse 11, CH-5028 Herznach-Ueken, Switzerland, info@noviaservices.ch, +41 62 589 68 61, by an unambiguous statement such as a letter or email. You may use the model form below, but this is not required.
It is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
We reimburse all payments received, including any delivery costs except additional costs of a more expensive delivery method you chose, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal. We use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, with no reimbursement fees.
If you expressly requested services to start during the withdrawal period, statutory conditions may require payment of a proportionate amount for services performed up to your notification compared with the agreed full scope.
Early start & full performance
Starting before expiry requires a separate express request or consent where a withdrawal right applies. For paid services, full performance extinguishes the right only under statutory conditions, including prior express consent to early performance and acknowledgement that full performance ends the right. This website does not make that declaration for you or use pre-ticked waivers.
Swiss contracts & enquiries
Internet or email contracts governed exclusively by Swiss law have no general statutory cooling-off right; special statutory rights remain reserved. There is no paid online checkout here: assignments are individually agreed, and a free introductory appointment is not a paid service contract. Before an applicable EU consumer contract, the required details and this notice are provided in a retainable form such as email.
