Can I update content myself later?
Yes, with an agreed CMS or website builder. The base packages do not include an editing account. I clarify with you whether self-editing or asking Novia to handle changes suits you best.
Are hosting and domain included?
No. Creation is billed once; domain, hosting and external services run through your own accounts. Running costs are clarified before you commission the work.
Do you create text and images?
I organise and refine your supplied content within the agreed scope. New copy, translations, photography, logo design and paid image licences can be agreed separately.
How soon can the website go live?
Timing depends on scope, available content and your approvals. You receive a realistic schedule before the project begins.
Are shops, booking systems and guaranteed Google rankings included?
Shops, booking, integrations and special functions are assessed and quoted separately. SEO basics provide a solid foundation; rankings, reach and a specific number of enquiries cannot be guaranteed.
