Monthly cancellation with one month’s notice, subject to more favourable individual terms. Unused editing time expires. Extra pages, functions and CMS or shop maintenance are additional quoted work. Domain, hosting and licences remain separate.

Hosting, domains and licences are separate; CMS, plugin, shop and security maintenance require a specific agreement. There is no round-the-clock monitoring or guaranteed recovery. Unused editing time does not roll over.

Good to know
Who supplies photos, video and copy?
Social packages use your properly licensed raw material. I create the booked content from it. New shoots can be booked separately as a Content Session or Content Day.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Setup and management are my fees. Meta or Google charge spend through your own ad account; any budget change is agreed with you.
Who approves content?
We agree an approval process before starting. Draft content and ads are submitted for review; publication and campaign launch follow that agreement.
Do you guarantee reach or new customers?
No. Platforms, demand, budget and the offer influence results. We agree concrete services and clear reporting, without guaranteed rankings, sales or leads.
Can I book a single service?
Yes. Content, websites, campaigns and management are available individually or together. Accounts, rights, duration, revisions and extra costs are set in the quotation.
How does project consulting work?
With a defined question and deliverables, such as a review, workshop or action plan. Delivery organisation and handovers are set within the project.
Why hire you if I can use AI myself?
AI can provide ideas and drafts. Clarifying goals, choosing content, coordinating design and completing delivery still takes time. I take on that work within the agreed scope, with your feedback and a clear focus on your project.
Can I also book as an individual?
Yes, for example for a personal website, a portfolio or content for your own project. We clarify what you need and agree on deliverables, revisions, dates and price in an individual quotation.
How can I pay?
You receive your invoice by email. Cash, bank transfer to the IBAN shown on your invoice and credit card through a personal SumUp payment link in the invoice email are accepted. The payment deadline and currency follow the agreement.
All payment information →Prices in CHF. Customers in Europe can request individual quotations in euros (EUR). Novia Services currently charges no Swiss VAT. The total communicated before the contract, including applicable taxes and expressly agreed additional costs, is binding. Information on applicable withdrawal rights.
